We support Our Community
Supporting Our Youth
Suicide is the leading cause of death for youth in Colorado. Second Wind Fund exists to help youth at risk for suicide access professional counseling services by removing financial and social barriers. From paying for counseling services with licensed, specialized providers to negotiating the complexities of finding a qualified mental health professional.
Sonder Dentistry will be contributing $5 for every new patient to the Second Wind Fund. To put into perspective, 18 new patients could catalyze the beginning of therapy sessions for a young person at risk for suicide. Dr. Linda Nguyen hopes to also go beyond this and join in fundraising and donor events in the future.
